ChinaNet Online Holdings, Inc. Approved for Listing on NYSE AmexBEIJING, March 3 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- ChinaNet Online Holdings, Inc. ("ChinaNet", OTC Bulletin Board: CHNT), a leading full-service media development, advertising and communications company for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the People's Republic of China ("China"), today announced that it has received approval to list its common stock on NYSE Amex.

The Company expects to begin trading on NYSE Amex on March 4, 2010 under the ticker symbol "CNET," until which time its common stock will continue to trade on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board under the symbol "CHNT."
